Rebuilding the Church. Restoring Hope.
THE NEHEMIAH PROJECT: VENEZUELA
WHAT IS THE NEHEMIAH PROJECT?
The Nehemiah Project is a long-term initiative designed to connect churches in the United States with churches in Venezuela that have been devastated by recent disasters. Inspired by Nehemiah's call to rebuild Jerusalem, we believe the Church is uniquely equipped to restore what has been broken—not only through relief, but through lasting relationships.
How It Works
Every participating church is prayerfully matched with a church in Venezuela based on size and need.
Once partnered, your church becomes a part of their restoration journey by helping provide:
Emergency relief
Church rebuilding and repairs
Pastor and family support
Children's ministry resources
Prayer and spiritual encouragement
Ongoing communication and friendship
Future mission opportunities
This is more than sponsorship.
It's becoming family.
The Church rebuilding the Church.
Rather than providing one-time assistance, we are creating Kingdom partnerships where American churches come alongside Venezuelan churches through prayer, encouragement, financial support, mission teams, and long-term discipleship.
Together, we can help pastors stay in ministry, restore places of worship, and bring hope to entire communities.
Our Vision
The Nehemiah Project is built around five phases of restoration:
Providing food, clean water, medical supplies, emergency equipment, and assessing the needs of churches and communities.
Immediate Relief
Church Partnerships
Helping restore damaged church buildings, replacing essential equipment, and sending teams to serve alongside local leaders.
Connecting U.S. churches with Venezuelan churches to build genuine, long-term relationships rooted in prayer and mutual encouragement.
Rebuilding
Community Restoration
Supporting churches as they become centers of hope through food distribution, medical care, children's ministry, discipleship, and community outreach.
Pastor Care
Strengthening the leaders who are serving on the front lines through financial assistance, counseling, leadership development, and ongoing encouragement.
This phased approach reflects the project's emphasis on relief, rebuilding, community restoration, and pastor care.
